You remain an independent contractor, but Fenero’s Umbrella Company acts as your employer for payroll and tax administration.
We invoice your agency or client on your behalf — no company setup or admin required.
All taxes are deducted and paid to Revenue before you receive your net salary.

You’ll receive employee benefits including Class A PRSI, Illness Benefit and full insurance cover.
Take-home pay is lower than a PSC, as employer PRSI (11.25%) is deducted from your invoice.
